General Manager

Alvin heads the team at both Gosford Golf and Function Centre and Perfection Catering. Alvin Has many years of experience, studying hospitality management at the University of Western Sydney, followed with years of experience in International Hotel Management, Restaurants and Clubs, specialising in Food and Beverage management. Alvin ensures only the highest levels of food and service for our clients.

John Grayson

Executive Chef

John heads our brigade of Chefs ensuring only the best quality cuisine goes onto the plate. John has the full spectrum of cullinary experience, having headed kitchens in International Hotels, Fine Dining Restaurants, Function Centres and Pub Bistros.

Krystal Day

Operations Manager

Having work in hospitality her whole working life, Krystal has already accumlated many years experience in managing events and weddings of outstanding quality. With a unyielding willingness to provide customer service, nothing is to hard to ensure your day is perfect.
